Nutrimenters provides personalised nutrition planning and dietitian counselling. It is a support service for healthy eating. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and it is not a substitute for medical care from a registered medical practitioner.

You agree to give accurate information about your health, medical conditions and medications. Plans are built on what you tell us; inaccurate information can make a plan unsuitable. Tell your dietitian promptly about any change in your medical condition or medication.

Consult your physician before starting any diet program, particularly if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, under 18, over 65, have a chronic condition such as diabetes, kidney disease, heart disease or an eating disorder, or are on prescription medication. Stop and seek medical advice if you feel unwell.

Plans are prepaid for a fixed duration and activate on successful payment. Prices are shown exclusive of GST, which is added at checkout at the prevailing rate. A GST invoice is issued for every payment.

Plans do not auto-renew unless you opt in. Renewing an active plan extends validity from the current expiry date. Upgrading credits the unused portion of your current plan on a pro-rata basis against the new plan, and the current plan is closed on upgrade.

Because diet plans are personalised and delivered immediately, fees are generally non-refundable once a plan has been issued. If no plan has been issued and no consultation used, write to us within 7 days of payment and we will review your request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Consultations are included as stated in your plan and expire with it. Please reschedule at least 4 hours in advance; missed appointments without notice are counted as used.

Diet plans, templates and Health Hub content are the intellectual property of Nutrimenters and are licensed to you for personal use. Redistribution or resale is not permitted.

One account per person. Do not share account credentials, upload unlawful content, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

To the extent permitted by law, Nutrimenters's aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at our registered office location.
