🥣 Chia Seed Pudding
A quick and filling breakfast option that you can easily prepare the night before.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- ½ cup low-fat milk or unsweetened almond milk
- ¼ cup plain curd or Greek yogurt
- ½ small apple or a few berries, chopped
- A pinch of cinnamon
- 1 tsp chopped almonds or walnuts
How to Make
- Add chia seeds to the milk and mix well.
- Leave it for about 5–10 minutes, then give it another stir so there are no lumps.
- Keep it in the refrigerator for 2–4 hours or simply leave it overnight.
- When ready to eat, top it with curd or Greek yogurt, chopped fruit, cinnamon and nuts.
- Mix everything together and enjoy it chilled.
Weight-Loss Tip 🌿
Stick to around 2 tablespoons of chia seeds and skip added sugar or flavoured yogurt. The fibre in chia seeds helps keep you full for longer, which can make it easier to manage unnecessary snacking.
Want more protein? Add 3–4 tablespoons of Greek yogurt. It makes the pudding creamier, more filling and works really well as a breakfast.
